Saïd Business School, University of Oxford | Project Completion
We're proud to have played a part in the transformation of the former power station into the new home of Saïd Business School.
As part of this prestigious retrofit project, Sovereign delivered the design, supply, installation and commissioning of:
✅ Access Control – Gallagher Security & ASSA ABLOY Group
✅ Fire Alarm System – Hochiki Europe
✅ Panic Button System - CQR
✅ Emergency Voice Communication – Vox Ignis
As an additional feature of the project, bespoke posts were made for the access control and door entry systems, providing a solution tailored to the building's unique requirements.
As part of the integrated security solution, the intruder alarm system was connected to the Gallagher access control platform and CCTV system, enabling streamlined monitoring, event management and enhanced site security.
The impressive four-storey building includes:
• Classrooms
• Student accommodation
• Study spaces
• Gym facilities
• Dining areas
• Social and bar spaces
