Here at The Next Steps Foundation we know how hard it is to motivate ourselves to find a job during lockdown!

We are delighted to announce that in just 2 weeks, we will be launching our Employability Programme for Autistic Students in partnership with the University of Bath.

This 12 week programme will provide students with a tailored developmental framework to engage with employers, as well as the opportunity to access 1:1 mentorship and some of the best companies in the UK, including the The Financial Times and many more.

We are supporting their Neurodiverse students & careers department with skill training and access to range of employment opportunities.

Bridging the gap between Autism and Employers

-Free Cyber security training through our platform
-Workshops for Employers new to neurodiversity
