🧿🧿Another successful security upgrade completed by Omega Fire & Security 🔒🚨

We recently upgraded an older bells-only intruder alarm system in Bristol to a fully monitored smart security solution using the Pyronix Euro 76 hybrid system.

This installation included:
✅ Full app control for remote access and notifications
✅ Wireless additions extending protection into previously unprotected areas
✅ Vehicle protection using the Pyronix CarDefender W/E
✅ Hybrid setup combining wired and wireless technology for maximum flexibility

Alongside the alarm upgrade, we also installed a brand new Dahua 8MP TiOC CCTV system covering the external property.

The CCTV system features:
📸 Crystal clear 8MP imaging
🌙 Full colour night vision
📱 Full app connectivity and remote viewing
⚠️ Intelligent tripwire detection with active visual & audible warnings

A huge improvement in both security and usability for the customer — a clean install and a serious upgrade all round 👌

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer who wants to be part of a professional, expanding company with long-term opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for installing a range of fire and security systems in domestic and commercial properties, including:
*Fire alarm systems
*Intruder alarms
*CCTV systems
*Access control systems
*Intercom systems

You will work both independently and alongside our installation team to deliver high-quality, reliable installations for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing and ambitious company.

Essential:

Experience installing fire or security systems
Good knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms and fire alarms.

Full UK driving licence:

Ability to work independently and manage installation jobs.

Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Able to do on call cover 1 week in 4.

Desirable:
Experience with systems such as Pyronix, EMS, AJAX, Hikvision, Texecom, Paxton, Dahua or similar

Fire alarm installation experience:
ECS / CSCS card
Industry training or certifications
