Today is , recognising the people who balance their civilian careers with serving for their country. 🇬🇧

Meet Emily, one of our very own British Army Reservists. Emily is a graduate in the NAD Group and a Private in the Army Medical Corps, training as a combat medical technician.

Her role as a Reservist strengthens her civilian work, giving her hands-on experience with equipment and people from all walks of life.

New deliveries for British Forces Cyprus. 🚁

The RAF's 84 Squadron has just taken delivery of two Airbus H145 Jupiter HC Mk2s, going from contract to operational capability in just two years as part of a £148m MOD programme. 🤝

Firefighting, emergency response and transportation are just some of the ways the new capability will support the Royal Air Force.

And with 250 UK jobs supported at Airbus in Oxford, it's good news for British industry too.

A dedicated team of apprentices have been awarded the Young People’s Choice Award and a Silver Medal at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show. 🌷

Working with researchers at Cranfield University, they tested the protective capability of natural plant species against explosion blast waves, with lavender among the standout performers.

Their findings make a compelling case for replacing concrete and steel with living plant barriers, creating environments that support wildlife and benefit local communities.

We’re incredibly proud that two teams in the NAD Group have been shortlisted in this year’s Go Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements in the procurement and delivery of UK public services. 🙌

🌟 Commercial X have been shortlisted in the Supply Chain Diversity category for their work with the team building hypersonic missiles. They’ve worked hard to create a supplier pool that’s highly skilled and diverse - of 124 suppliers on the hypersonics framework, over 50% are small and medium-sized enterprises.

🌟 The Enterprise Space Category team has been shortlisted in the Collaborative Procurement Initiative Award category for their work creating a cross government approach to procurement in the space sector.
