As the term drew to a close, we took the opportunity to bring our teams together for some hands-on learning. But at Phoenix Play, traditional "death by PowerPoint" training isn’t our style!
Instead, our Outdoor Learning Consultants, Sales, Marketing and Product teams spent the day at Busy Buddies at Puxton Park, experiencing one of our recent installations first-hand.
We had the opportunity to speak with the fantastic nursery team about the vision behind the design, understand how the space is being used day-to-day, and most importantly, engage directly with the children who enjoy it every day.
Seeing the space through their eyes gave us invaluable insight into child development, sparked new ideas and created some brilliant lightbulb moments for future product innovation.
A huge thank you to the Busy Buddies team for welcoming us into their environment and allowing us to learn alongside them. Days like this are a fantastic reminder of the incredible partnerships we build with our customers and why understanding children, play and learning is at the heart of everything we do.
