We love seeing our centres buzzing with energy! To make sure your favourite sessions stay on the timetable, we need a little help from you.

Our system tracks attendance through your bookings and scans. If you don't scan in when you arrive, the data shows "zero users" for that activity. If sessions look empty on paper, they could be at risk of being removed from the schedule or impacting opening hours.

How you can help:
✅ Book ahead via the Halo App or at reception so we know you're coming.

✅ Scan your membership card every single time you arrive.
