POST OFFICE COUNTER – TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Wednesday 2nd September.

Our Post Office counter is currently closed while some work is being carried out.

We’ll update everyone as soon as the counter is open again.

📣 WE’RE HIRING! - CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS FRIDAY 28th AUGUST

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we’re delighted to be able to expand the Brora Bairns team and recruit an After School Club Assistant! 🎨✂️

Our club has got off to a fantastic start, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to work alongside our Club Lead and help us continue providing a fun, creative and safe environment for Brora’s bairns.

🌈 After School Club Assistant
⏰ 15 hours per week – term time only
💷 £14.00 per hour
📅 Fixed-term for one year
🏖️ 6 weeks paid holidays
💰 Pension contributions apply

If you enjoy working with children, getting involved in crafts and activities, and would like to be part of our growing little club, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful applicant will be required to join/be a member of the PVG Scheme for regulated work with children. Brora Bairns CIC will arrange the required PVG checks.

We’re pleased to let you know that our Post Office counter is now back up and running as normal.

A big thank you to everyone for your patience today while our Post Office counter was temporarily closed for essential maintenance.

This type of routine maintenance is carried out at Post Office branches across the country—not just ours—and is necessary to keep the counter equipment working safely and reliably.

Further maintenance will be required, although we don’t yet have a confirmed date. We’ll keep everyone updated and provide as much notice as possible.

BOOKINGS NOW BEING TAKEN!
After a long wait we are delighted to finally invite everyone to book in to our craft club!
Please be aware that we are limited to 8 children per day at the moment, but this will increase as we get our lovely volunteers set up and in place.
Cost of group will be only £1.00 per child, per day.
