We’re delighted to once again be hosting The Yard Market here at Broughty Castle this Saturday, 20th June.

Come along and support over 30 fantastic local traders and browse a wide range of beautiful products – you’re sure to find something you love!

There will also be a great selection of food and drink vendors on site to keep you fuelled as you shop.

The market and the Castle Museum are open from 10am to 4pm, and we’d love to see you there.

Market entry: £2 for adults, free for under 16s
Castle entry: Free for all (donations are warmly welcomed and appreciated)

🎨 As part of the Dundee Play Festival, join us for an afternoon of creativity and an extra special Castle Crafts session!

🏰 Head along to Broughty Castle Museum, where our Creative Learning team will be ready with everything you need to design your own beach bag tote. Take inspiration from the wildlife, nature, and seaside surroundings of the castle, with guidance from our artist team throughout the session.

✨ Suitable for all ages, this is a free, drop‑in session, with no booking required. Expect plenty of fun, experimentation, and creativity. Come along and make something truly unique!

🐾 Good morning, Dundee! It’s Barket Day at Broughty Castle

The sun’s up, the stalls are setting out their goodies, and we’re ready for a full day celebrating our four‑legged friends.

🛍️ The Yard Barket – Today, 10am–4pm
Browse brilliant stalls packed with treats, toys, accessories and more for your furry companions — and enjoy dog show activities taking place throughout the day.

⚠️ A quick reminder: Dogs are very welcome in the market area, but due to the historic nature of the site, they can’t enter the Castle Courtyard.
