Buckfastleigh Post Office at 24 Fore Street has officially closed after 150 years!! It feels surreal. Thank you to all our customers for your loyalty. Thank you so much for people's kind words, cards and gifts - quite overwhelming!
Buckfastleigh Post Office will open in its new location at Huccaby's at 1pm on Monday 10th June and we will look forward to seeing you for all the usual services. Please support your local post office!!!

The last few days of Post Office at 24 Fore Street, the end of a long era! It has been a privilege to run the branch for the last 9 years. It has been a difficult couple of years but so pleased that the future of a Post Office in Buckfastleigh is secured for the immediate future. I look forward to seeing you in the next week. Got a few reduced items that need to sell!!
Last day Wednesday 5th June and I will have the lovely Elaine assisting. Then open in Huccaby's on 10th June!!!!

Keep it local this Christmas! Ideal Christmas presents available at Buckfastleigh Post Office. Handbags, purses, wallets, men's belts and gloves, earrings, broaches and necklaces. Also boxed locally made mince pies, chutneys, jams and marmalade, tea and coffee. And wrapping paper, Christmas cards, candles, sellotape. Come in and see us - open until 1pm Christmas Eve. Supporting local shops helps keep us open. 🎅🌲🎅🌲
