Inspire is growing, and we’re looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team.
🤍What does the role involve?
You’ll work 1:1 with children and young people who may find it difficult to access traditional education, providing personalised support focused on their social and emotional wellbeing, confidence, engagement and individual goals.
Our provision is delivered from our centre in Buckfastleigh and out in the community. Sessions might involve practical and creative learning, outdoor activities, developing life and social skills, accessing the local community or simply providing a safe and consistent relationship from which a young person can begin to move forward.
A key part of our work is helping young people re-engage with education and, where appropriate, supporting their reintegration back into school.
No two young people are the same – and no two days at Inspire are either!

Experience within education, SEND, youth work, care or alternative provision is desirable, but we also value life experience, the right attitude and the ability to genuinely connect with young people.
🚗 IMPORTANT: Due to the community-based nature of our work, you must have a full driving licence, access to your own vehicle and appropriate business-use insurance.
