That's a wrap, we've sold out on the BBQ and the weather's just come in again... but we've had an amazing day.. Thank you to everyone for your support! 😍 The cash will now be counted and we'll be announcing our total over the next few days. Much love from us all... What a great community as always. The BBQ is sizzling 🍔 the music is pumping 🎶 and it's still not raining... Yet! Come and join us for a great afternoon, refreshments, our fire engines on display, and a superb afternoon! We're here until 4pm 👌🔥

We are open and the sun is out!
The barbecue is in full flow, there a loads of tombola prizes, delicious cakes, the band is being set up, we have a children’s fun fair by Bungee trampolines and amusements and off Abby’s Ice Cream Treats, and we are here until 4pm

The weather is looking better, the raffle prices are all numbered, the tomobola is sorted, cakes are being made, the stocks have arrived, we are ready so are you ready to join us?

Remember we have live music, a licences bar, and a barbecue with butches supplied meat.
Abby’s Ice Cream Treats will also be there along with Blaze The Bear.
All the money we make goes to our 3 chosen charities Fire Fighters Charity AdSurf1st Bude Scout Group - new HQ and fundraising, please click the links and see what they are about.

‼️ Attention it’s almost here‼️

Bude Fire Station Open Day is only 5 more sleeps away, we hope you are joining us?? 🚒

Our 3 chosen charities this year are the Fire Fighters Charity, AdSurf and 1st Bude Scout Group - new HQ and fundraising
We have a brilliant barbecue cooked by our very own crew, with a licensed bar and also live music by Bit on the side Stoned from 1pm.

There’s plenty to do throughout the day, come meet the crew and look through our appliances , there are stocks, tombola, a cake stall and also tea and coffees being sold, along with blaze the bear.
Make sure to buy some raffle tickets as we have over 40 awesome prizes to give away.

We hope to see you all there!

Two pumps were paged to a barn fire which had livestock in it, along with Delabole and Holsworthy.
Two breathing apparatus were deployed with one hose reel jet, along with one ladder and various other tools. This was quickly followed by two more BA wearers from Holsworthy who assisted in stopping any further spread to the barn.
2 more BA wearers from Bude then dampened down any hotspots.
Due to suspected asbestos ,the Delabole crew set up a special decontamination area, to clean and get the BA wearers out of their contaminated kit
