This is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) initiated by a community organiser named Michael Helps in Burnley, Lancashire.

The initiative provides a free, nationwide letter-writing and digital engagement service to ensure that isolated individuals always have someone to listen to.

They are currently actively seeking sponsorship and donations via their GoFundMe campaign to maintain and extend this vital, life-saving service across the country.
