The UK's old copper phone network is being switched off by January 2027, and some areas are already being affected.

If you or someone you know relies on a home phone, particularly for a telecare alarm, medical device, or burglar alarm, it is important not to wait to be contacted.

Further damage has been caused to the fencing and trampoline at Jubilee Playing Field play area.

The Parish Council has been advised that this is being done by a group of boys who attend the park at approximately 5.30 in the evening on bikes.

The Parish Council are eager to stress that the fencing is put up to protect children from hurting themselves on the equipment due to the safety tiles being vandalised.

Anyone witnessing this unnecessary and unacceptable damage taking place please do let us know.

Over the weekend, the trampoline at Jubilee Playing Field was vandalised once again. If anyone has any information about those responsible, it would be greatly appreciated—especially to support the CCTV evidence gathered, so it can be passed on to the appropriate authorities.
