Our garden party is 2 days away today and the weather forecast looks promising!
Check out our raffle !!! Tickets only £1 with amazing prizes to win ❤️
Our market features some amazing stalls including The Frobisher printmakers , Simone Ryzman jewellery, West Herts Beekeepers Association and
Home made tea and cakes and ice creams will be available from our kitchen hatch, our terrace bar will be serving beer, wine and Pimm’s and the will be open for barista coffees and light bites.
Play clock golf, quoits and boules on our lawns and take a tour of our historic rose garden.
Music on our main lawn stage will be provided by and and friends and hosted by our very own town crier Marco!
Entry £5 for adults, children free, dogs on leads welcome.

Summer Garden Party Reveley Lodge 🌺
A few of the brilliant stalls you will find at our upcoming garden party on 14th June!

will be selling a range of high quality shrubs, grasses and perennial plants and our Reveley volunteers stall will be offering our home grown plants and home made jams and chutneys made from fruit from our gardens - and hopefully the first Reveley Lodge honey of the year!

Music will be provided by The Vintage Belles singing 40’s and 50’s classics and Stuart Sidders and Friends playing some smooth jazz.

Join us on Sunday 14th June for the Reveley Lodge summer garden party. With live music from The Vintage Belles and Stuart Sidders and Friends, tea and home made cakes, a licensed bar, traditional garden games and an arts, crafts and plant market.

All proceeds go towards the upkeep of Reveley Lodge and gardens.

Entry for adults is £5, children free. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

After their sell-out performances at Reveley last year, we are delighted to welcome back the Oxford Rep Company !
The production will feature Noel Coward’s classic comedy of manners ‘Private Lives’.

Five years ago, Elyot and Amanda’s whirlwind marriage ended in bitter divorce, leaving both individuals keen to move on and leave their turbulent and unfinished business behind them. The best laid plans of mice and men, though, often go awry, and chance would now find them both honeymooning with their new partners on the coast of France. The only problem? Their hotel suites are connected by a shared balcony. Old passions bubble to the surface, marital bliss descends into a spate of furious rows, and inescapable chemistry is laid bare.
When you cannot live with someone, but cannot live without them either, what is there to be done?
This production of Noel Coward’s ‘Private Lives’, is set amongst the colour and charm of a 1950s French summer. With record smashing stage fights, love songs floating on warm evening breezes, and dazzling costumes - it’s not to be missed!

Guided House Tour Reveley Lodge Thursday 16th April 2pm

We are delighted to offer a guided house tour of Reveley Lodge. You can enjoy this unique property complete with its furniture and fittings and the stories to go with it. The tour ends with tea and cake/scone and included is a booklet of the history of the owners of the house. Cost is £18 - profits towards the upkeep of the house.

Reveley Lodge is a large, Grade II listed, Victorian house, on Elstree Road, Bushey Heath, now run by a charitable trust, Reveley Lodge Trust. The property was bequeathed by its last owner, Mrs Eila Chewett to Bushey Museum which set up the Trust. The house contains pictures and artefacts associated with Eila Chewett's husband, Albert Chewett who came to Bushey from Canada to study at the famous Bushey Art School. For the early part of its life, Reveley Lodge has acted as a 'Gentleman's Cottage' - a small country house easily reached at the weekend from the owner's principal home in London. The Lodge has a two and a half acre garden managed by a professional gardener, assisted by a number of volunteers. The garden is open to the public on weekdays.

Have fun at our Children's Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 4th April @ 10.30am
Hunt for loads of chocolate eggs in our two and a half acre garden (ages 4-12) with a separate easter egg scramble for age three and under! Come along with your home-made or home-decorated Easter Bonnet and enter our competition. There are refreshments and the children can make Easter crafts for their doting parents and grandparents (small extra charge).
Meet the Easter bunny, try and catch some eggs fired from the Reveley trebuchet or take part in some garden games. Have your photo taken in our giant egg!
With over 600 eggs, which will be distributed throughout the event, this should be more than adequate for every child. If a child is unable to find any eggs, please contact the organisers and our reserves will be raided before you leave! No child will leave empty handed ! 😉
Guidelines are 5 eggs for every child.

Come and find out the fascinating history of Reveley Lodge, the last Gentleman’s Cottage in Bushey. Tour the rooms both upstairs and downstairs of this lovely Victorian house, learn about the wealthy families that have lived in it since the 1840’s, and finish with tea and cake/scone. Tour dates are 16th April, 9th July, 1st October and 3rd December at 2pm. Cost is £18 including refreshments and a souvenir booklet.

We are also seeking additional tour guides. Come and be trained as a guide on Wednesday 25th March at Reveley Lodge at 10.30. If you want to attend, please send an email to [email protected]
