I’m taking spin at Bushey Grove next Friday 30th 9:30-10:15! This is the last day before the new bikes and studio launch. Unfortunately I won’t be teaching spin at Bushey Grove after this as haven’t been able to attend the training on the new bikes because of university.

Monday night lovelies I’ll try and come and participate at the 6:30pm session one time to see you all ❤️❤️❤️

I'm gutted to announce that I have had to hand in my notice for my Monday evening Spin & Aqua as well as my Wednesday lunchtime Aqua.

My university timetable was released earlier this week and I unfortunately have lectures and seminars Monday evenings until 7pm. I have also been made captain of the swim team which now train on a Wednesday afternoon.

My last Monday evening Pedal X and Aqua classes will be on the 10th September and my last Wednesday lunchtime Aqua class will be the 12th September.

I hope to make a return to a regular class come April when I graduate. Please all keep up the classes as it's great fitness! Sorry again, I'm gutted :(!!!
