🌍✨ A colourful celebration of culture, food and local atmosphere is coming to Coleraine Town Centre this weekend as the International Spring Market arrives in town!

From Friday through to Sunday, the area around the Town Hall will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace filled with international street food, artisan traders, handmade crafts and speciality products from across Europe and beyond.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy something different, support local town centre activity, pick up unique gifts or simply soak up the atmosphere, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. 🍴🛍️

Coleraine is gearing up to welcome around 25,000 visitors for Armed Forces Day on June 20, which promises to be a fantastic event for the town and wider area. 👏

To help local businesses prepare, Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is hosting a second information session for businesses today at Coleraine Town Hall.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the event, understand any potential impacts, and ask questions ahead of what is expected to be a major day for Coleraine. 🇬🇧

Cordons are in place and the public is asked to avoid the area at this time.

🚧 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲

Following concerns raised locally, I reported the issues at Mount Pleasant and worked to ensure they were included on the rolling works schedule. 👍

I’m pleased this has now been sorted.

Thank you to residents for bringing this to my attention and for their patience while the matter was addressed.

I will continue working on behalf of local people to ensure concerns like these are followed up and resolved. 🚧
