Caerphilly Families First Families First provides a range of FREE services to support families, with children aged 0-25.

Families First is a programme set up to support families throughout the Caerphilly county borough with a range of difficulties and challenges. The programme is Welsh Government funded and works with partnership organisations, both statutory and voluntary, to support families who are facing challenges. The Families First Programme aims to improve outcomes for children by working with the whole fami

By working with communities and setting up family focused projects, the Families First Programme makes sure the families' needs come first. If you need support, advice or guidance, the Families First projects can help you get through those difficult times.

This is an exciting opportunity in supporting the Joint Assessment Family Framework (JAFF) referral process for early intervention and prevention support. As the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals, you’ll carry out eligibility checks, triage and progress referrals to the appropriate support services.
