📍 Location: Calne, Wiltshire (easily commutable from Chippenham, Melksham, and Devizes)
💷 Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per annum (DOE) + Annual performance bonus

About the Role:
Lead a dedicated team of around 20 colleagues with the freedom to shape the setting in line with your vision for outstanding care and early years education. You will be fully supported by an Area Manager.

What You Need:

✅ A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

✅ Sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory requirements

✅ Proven experience leading and developing a team

✅ Excellent organisational skills and high professional standards

✅ A calm, approachable leadership style with the confidence to make decisions
