These resources are designed to be used by anyone within your business with the authority to make financial decisions or have access to private company information.

❓Why are we consulting on the Local Plan again?

The proposed submission version of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan has been updated following earlier consultations and thousands of comments from residents, businesses and organisations.

We are now consulting on the version that is intended to be submitted to Government for independent examination.

A Local Plan sets out how an area will grow and develop in the future.

Comments should focus on whether the Plan is justified by evidence, deliverable and legally compliant.

Reliable broadband and mobile connectivity are essential for every business, but many organisations across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough experience issues that impact productivity, customer service and day-to-day operations.

Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Connecting Cambridgeshire, which delivers the Digital Connectivity Programme on behalf of the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority, to better understand the challenges businesses are facing.

Throughout the summer, government is cutting VAT from 20% to 5% on family days out, from cinema and theatre tickets to attractions, and children's meals out as part of the Great British Summer Savings scheme.

A website has been launched as part of the campaign which allows families to type in their postcode and find participating venues near them to make the most of summer savings. Click this link to find venues near you: summersavings.gov.uk
