On Sunday, Justin and Clare attended the 75th Anniversary celebrations of Cambridge becoming a City. They enjoyed speaking with local residents about Cambs HIA, raising awareness of our services and connecting with the community.

There are now 21 hazards under the Housing, Health and Safety Rating System which a few of our team are trained to assess.

Our discretionary grants/loans support home owners with up to £15000 to repair their home to improve its habitable status.

Or, if your home has a Category 1 failing under this system which indicates more severe risk, homeowners can access up to £25000 with anything above £10000 given as a loan secured on the property.

HHSRS is a tenure neutral system but under our policy, we will only funds works which are not a landlord's duty.
