Community multi cultural iftaar on 24th March was indeed a special event organised by Cambridge City Council and Cambridge Mosque Council, supported by the Mayor of Cambridge, Brother Abdul Kayum of Cambridge Al Ikhlas mosque & Islamic Relief, along with a number of local organisations. The theme was shared food, friendship & social cohesion.

*Northstowe Islamic Centre and Mosque Consultation*
As you are aware, one important objective of NM is to establish an Islamic Centre and Mosque. There is an opportunity to benefit from the SCDC faith land being offered to faith communities in Northstowe through a bidding process.
As with any project of this magnitude, there are challenges and opportunities which we would like to share with you and seek your opinion and support.
Northstowe Muslims are therefore conducting a Muslim Community consultation of Northstowe, all surrounding villages and Cambridge at large about the Faith Land Bidding on Sunday 9th of March at 2 pm at the Cabin in Northstowe.
