FOX DEN: Some of our harvest this year with our roast potatoes and onions, lovely green chard, and our pumpkin plants growing up branches to protect the green leaves from rampant slug population this year!

ORCHARD: We installed new oak benches in September before we had our Annual Abbey People Volunteer Party in the Orchard. It was a good excuse to do some Big clearing after a Summer of Rampant bind w**d growth and Slug Onslaught😱

In July, we built a dedicated Wildflower patch in FOX DEN, with sleepers that a neighbour left in the Orchard.

13 June 2024: We had a wonderful group of office volunteers, from Railpen and JLL, come and help us with our various projects: digging a wonderful deep pond in Fox Den, tidying the compost area, clearing the soft fruit bushes area, and lots more 😀Thank You Sooo Much🍀

Our newly formed Orchard Team of Caitlin and Emma in the front who are our new Abbey People Sustainability Team, Ed from Cam City Council, and Lorna who has been managing the Orchard for past 10 years. We ar meeting Once a Month on the FIRST WEDS EVERY MONTH 9.30am-11.30am. Do just come along and join us !
