We want to hear from you - we are currently carrying out a satisfaction survey with all our Cambridge City Council tenants and leaseholders.

Your views on the housing services you receive from us are really important. We have asked an independent organisation, MΒ·EΒ·L Research, to carry out the survey on our behalf.

This is your chance to say what you think we’re getting right and where we need to get better, so we can understand your satisfaction and improve what we do as your landlord.

Over the next few weeks, you will receive an online link to the survey, and/or a postal version to complete.

If you take part in the survey, you can be entered into a prize draw to win one of three Β£100 Love2Shop vouchers. These can be spent at over 20,000 high street stores and online.

πŸ—£ 🚌 Have your say on the future of transport in and around Cambridge!

The Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) has launched a consultation on changes which would create faster, cheaper, more reliable bus services running from earlier in the day to later at night, as well as more investment in better walking and cycling routes.

For more information on the proposals, and how to have your say, visit this website - https://consultcambs.uk.engagementhq.com/making-connections-2022

🏑 Are you a council tenant or leaseholder living on the East Rd estate?

If so, come and join our estate 'walkabout' tomorrow morning at 10:30am.

We'll be meeting at the green on St Matthews St at the bottom of Petworth St where we have had the new wildflower meadow.

We organise walkabouts to help report local issues and identify improvements. We are often joined by council officers and local councillors, and we report any problems or suggestions to the relevant services.

We organise regular β€˜walkabouts’ with council officers and local councillors to identify and help report local issues and request repairs.

πŸ† Last week we hosted our annual tenant and leaseholder garden competition prizegiving ceremony.

It was a lovely afternoon to come together and celebrate the hard work of the gardeners that took part over the summer. So many different gardens but all made wonderful use of the space they had.

From community gardens to wildlife gardens to baskets/tubs and the tallest sunflower - such a variety! πŸ¦‹ 🌺 🎍 🌻

Take a look below at some of the photos from the prizegiving, and of the beautiful gardens on judging day in June.
