Are you our new Project Worker? We're looking for 2 people to join our team, playing a vital role at Catching Lives by supporting people who are homeless or insecurely housed through practical tasks and 1-1 support, and ensuring the smooth running of the day centre.

Project Workers create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where people get the help they need to make positive changes and move on in their lives.

We have one permanent and one 3-month role available, both full time at 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday on-site in our Canterbury day centre. Salary £26,288 pa (pro rata for the fixed term post).

Team Catching Lives completed the 50km challenge with Kent Charity Trek yesterday! Lovely supporters Rev Jo & Jim absolutely smashed it, and CEO Tasmin eventually crossed the finish line a while later! We're hiring! Join our small, friendly team of Project Workers who are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the day centre and drop-in.

Last month, Rob and one of our Managers Emma visited Kent and Medway Medical School to chat with 1st year medical students about Rob's experiences while he was homeless for many years. The insights Rob so generously shared will help to educate future medical professionals about the barriers that people who are homeless in our community face accessing health care.
