Please help protect our Country Parks

During this warm, dry weather, the risk of fires is much higher. Fires and barbecues are not permitted in any Kent Country Park.

Even a small flame or disposable barbecue can cause serious damage to grassland, woodland and wildlife.

So if you’re planning a visit, please leave barbecues, campfires and any other naked flames at home.

The first International Walking Day takes place on 27 April, and people all over the world will be participating. Will you join us?

We know that walking is good for physical and mental health, as well as being sustainable, and above all, an opportunity to grab some fresh air.
