Imagine carrying the weight of council tax, water, and energy debts, all while dealing with severe anxiety and depression. For one client we recently supported, this was their daily reality.

When their council tax appeal was initially rejected, they came back to us feeling incredibly anxious and upset. But our Money Adviser didn’t give up. Through dedicated support we were able to get their balances cleared.

A big thank you to the volunteers at Heather House Community Cafe for hosting us in their Trail Suite whilst we celebrated Volunteers' Week with our Swale team. We all enjoyed our delicious lunch! We recommend popping in if you're passing - they serve hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and cakes, and they have an emergency food bank and are home to lots of community/support groups - well worth a visit if you're in the area.
