⚠️ Please note that, due to the extreme temperatures that are forecast, the mobile libraries will not be operating on Wednesday 24 or Thursday 25 June.

With temperatures forecast to reach higher than 35°C, it will be too hot for both staff and customers to be on board.

This weekend we’re making some awesome rocket cards at the library! You can turn them into a Father’s Day card or just make them into a picture. It’s also a Minecraft week so bring your devices for some coding fun 😁

Your challenge: Choose one or more of our Curious Creatures and make them the main character in your story. What kind of mischief or adventures will the Curious Creatures get up to this summer?

It’s a busy weekend again at Capel Library! We’ll be making some paper plate fish in our family craft sessions on Saturday and Sunday. It’s the 4th Saturday in the month so our Lego club will be on, and it’s also a Minecraft week! Come along and join the fun!
The Friends of Capel Library help to fund the resources of our craft sessions, and many other things for our lovely little library 🙂
