Following a successful day at yesterday’s Welsh Business Shows we’re back at Swansea.com Stadium today for The Welsh Construction shows!

Neurodivergent people are an important part of the construction workforce. Building greater understanding and creating neuroinclusive workplaces can help people thrive and strengthen the industry as a whole.

We've had a great day at The Welsh Business Shows at the Swansea.com Stadium today, with plenty of conversations about neuroinclusion and the benefits of creating more inclusive workplaces.

🎧 Something special is coming next week: the first Welsh-language episode in our brand-new podcast series!

Each month, we’ll release one English-language episode and one Welsh-language episode - and we’re delighted that this next conversation marks an exciting milestone for the series.

In this second episode of the series, Non Parry and Vicky Powner, two Welsh-speaking AuDHDers, come together for an open and thoughtful conversation about being both autistic and ADHD.

They explore how autistic and ADHD experiences can interact in everyday life, while sharing some of the practical approaches and strategies that work for them.

It’s a conversation grounded in lived experience, connection and the importance of being able to discuss neurodivergence in the language that feels most natural to you.

The episode will be released next week - follow us and subscribe so you don’t miss it when it goes live.

Mae’n sgwrs sydd wedi’i wreiddio mewn profiadau go iawn, cysylltiad a phwysigrwydd gallu trafod niwrowahaniaeth yn yr iaith sy’n teimlo fwyaf naturiol i chi.

Bydd y bennod yn cael ei rhyddhau'r wythnos nesaf - dilynwch ni a thanysgrifiwch fel na fyddwch yn ei golli.
