ION Long term Athletic Development

With summer round the corner we’d like to introduce our Summer Development Camp.

A series of programmes we’re offering this summer to give young athletes the best coaching, exposing them to new movements, knowledge and the environment to develop key physical and social skills. All with the aim of keeping them training for life!

Great afternoon delivering our ‘Horizon’ School Physical Literacy & Wellbeing Programme for the girls groups from Cantonian High and Willows High, in partnership with .

Each session explores key wellbeing topics that creates thought provoking discussions and helping pupils develop confidence, communication skills and real life understanding.

Today our female coaches and led a brilliant girls session, creating a positive environment where pupils could move, learn, talk and engage.

Proud to keep building this programme with Passport to the City and Cardiff Council’s Curriculum Team.

Tomorrow we have Moorlands Primary school in for their final session of the block - a real privilege for us working with schools across Cardiff.
