Problem parking is an issue in Grangetown which we are working with the police and Council Officers to make our roads safer.

Throughout April the Council issued more than 500 Penalty Charge Notices in streets across Grangetown, through patrols and CCTV cameras.

We've also been raising the issue of parking on pavements, in lanes and close to junctions, with the local policing team who have been focusing on this to speak to drivers about making our roads safer.

Remember if you've got an issue with problem parking you can drop us a message or report it using the Cardiff Council app.

On the slip way leading into Morrisons car park there is usually a lot more and as you turn into Windsor quay is bad most days they park on the corner as you turn onto seager drive my daughter was almost knocked down a few weeks ago as we got arseholes that drive like idiots on the estate aswell. Seen quite a few disabled people in wheelchairs on the road aswell as families with pushchairs because it’s impossible to use the pavements.
