"Ymunais â Gwasanaethau Busnes fel Arbenigwr Caffael heb fawr o wybodaeth neu brofiad mewn meysydd fel iechyd a diogelwch, rheoli cyfleusterau, rheoli cofnodion, a lleihau carbon a chynaliadwyedd. Ar y dechrau, roedd yr ystod eang o gyfrifoldebau ar draws y tîm yn teimlo'n wahanol iawn i fy mhrofiad blaenorol, ond gwelais yn gyflym fy mod wedi'i amgylchynu gan gydweithwyr cefnogol, gwybodus a hygyrch a oedd bob amser yn hapus i helpu a rhannu eu harbenigedd.
Un o'r pethau gwych am weithio mewn Gwasanaethau Busnes yw nad oes disgwyliad i wybod popeth o'r diwrnod cyntaf. Mae'r tîm yn annog dysgu a datblygu, a thrwy hyfforddiant, arweiniad, a chefnogaeth o ddydd i ddydd, roeddwn yn gallu adeiladu fy hyder a'm dealltwriaeth yn raddol ar draws amrywiaeth o feysydd. Mae pawb yn gweithio gyda'i gilydd i gefnogi ei gilydd a bodloni blaenoriaethau gweithredol, sy'n creu amgylchedd cadarnhaol a chydweithredol lle gallwch ddatblygu sgiliau newydd dros amser. "I joined Business Services as a Procurement Specialist with little knowledge or experience in areas such as health and safety, facilities management, records management, and carbon reduction and sustainability. At first, the wide range of responsibilities across the team felt quite different from my previous experience, but I quickly found that I was surrounded by supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable colleagues who were always happy to help and share their expertise.
One of the great things about working in Business Services is that there is no expectation to know everything from day one.
