Our secondary (Yr 8 and 9) students are just back from their 5 days residential in Barcelona! Each year students are responsible for planning a city exploration. They research areas to visit, contact places in advance to make bookings, fundraise, work out directions & how they will navigate the city! They work as a team, from preparing breakfast to washing up.. It’s an opportunity to put so many essential skills into practice & importantly provides them with amazing memories to look back on together 🤩 Here is a snippet of what they got up to 🙌🏻

​The sought-after AMI Diploma – the original course developed by Maria Montessori in collaboration with her son, Mario. With AMI training at the 6-12 years stage you could become a Montessori Teacher and teach authentic Montessori for 6-12 year olds anywhere in the world, set up your own school or use the approach with your own children.
​
​This blended format course is your opportunity to learn about child development and psychology and how to deliver the Montessori educational approach for this age group. The course includes lectures and discussions, both online and in-person and hands-on work with Montessori materials and observation and teaching practice in schools run by teachers who hold AMI Diplomas.
​
​We only run the AMI 6-12 Diploma every 2 years so make sure you apply before it's too late. We've also got an early bird offer at the moment which saves you over 20% on course fees if you apply before 31st May, get in quick!
