Thursday 10th September is World Su***de Prevention Day.🩵

Join the Every Life Matters team for a candle lighting session near you in Barrow, Kendal, Carlisle, Maryport, Penrith and Whitehaven, to remember loved ones and show support to those who may be having thoughts of su***de.

This year's theme is Start the Conversation. A call to connect and reach out to others who may be struggling.

In the run up to the day, Healthwatch Cumberland will be holding a Wellbeing Drop In at Restore Carlisle.

Join us on Friday 4th September at Restore Carlisle, 10am-12pm, for a conversation and a cuppa, and to collect some support resources.🩵
