Mae Comisiynwyr Heddlu a Throseddu (CHTh) yn cael eu hethol gan y cyhoedd i leihau trosedd a gwneud yr heddlu’n fwy effeithiol. Etholwyd Dafydd Llywelyn yn Gomisiynydd Heddlu a Throseddu ar gyfer Dyfed-Powys yn 2016 ac ef yw llais y cyhoedd o ran materion plismona a throsedd. Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are elected by the public to cut crime and make the police more efficient. Dafydd Llywelyn was elected PCC for Dyfed-Powys in 2016 and is the voice of the public in policing and crime matters. He represents the public's views when dealing with the police, community safety partners and the voluntary sector.

Businesses and organisations are being encouraged to strengthen their cyber resilience at a free conference in Llanelli next month, bringing together leading cyber security experts, industry professionals and guest speaker and former International Referee Nigel Ref Owens MBE.

Hosted by the Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales in partnership with the Comisiynydd Heddlu a Throseddu Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner and Welsh Government, the conference will bring together cyber security experts and organisations to share practical advice, real-world insights and the latest guidance on strengthening cyber resilience. The event is open to organisations of all sizes, from sole traders and charities to larger businesses, with practical advice designed for everyone, not just IT professionals.
