Congratulations to Rhianydd Barnes and Leanne McFarland for being nominated for the Learning & Development Award at The Stars of Social Care – Home Care award event, for their Virtual Careers Project. The WeCare Wales virtual resource was co-developed by the West Wales Regional Partnership Board, Powys Council, and Virtus Tech. The category recognises teams or individuals who have demonstrated an innovative approach to identifying training needs and delivering content and techniques.

Rydyn ni wedi gwrando ar eich adborth ac rydyn ni'n awyddus i gyhoeddi newidiadau gwych ar gyfer ein seremoni wobrau nesaf, ym mis Mawrth 2026!

Rydyn ni'n canolbwyntio ar annog mwy o bobl i gymryd rhan eleni ac yn gwneud y digwyddiad yn well nag erioed.

Rydyn ni wrth ein boddau i gadarnhau bod enwebiadau ar agor yn swyddogol, ac rydyn ni wedi cyflwyno Gwobr Effaith Ieuenctid Gorllewin Cymru. Mae'r categori pwysig hwn yn dathlu pobl ifanc (dan 18) ar gyfer eu cyfraniadau anhygoel i sector iechyd, cymdeithasol a llesiant ar draws Gorllewin Cymru.

Ar hyn o bryd rydyn ni'n pennu'r dyddiad perffaith a'r lleoliad newydd gwych lle byddwn ni'n dathlu, a byddwn ni'n rhannu'r holl fanylion terfynol cyn bo hir.

Mae pawb sy'n rhan o'r sector iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol yng Ngorllewin Cymru yn gymwys i enwebu a chael eu henwebu am wobr. We've listened to your feedback and are excited to announce a fantastic revamp for our next awards ceremony, confirmed for March 2026!

We're focused on getting more people involved this year and making the event better than ever.

We're thrilled to confirm that nominations are now officially open, and we've introduced a brand new Youth Impact Award. This important category celebrates young people (under 18) for their incredible contributions to the health, social, and wellbeing sector across West Wales.

We are currently finalising the perfect date and amazing new location where we'll celebrate, and we'll share all the final details very soon.

Everyone who is a part of the health and social care sector in West Wales is eligible to nominate and be nominated for an award. This includes working professionals, volunteers, and service users. The awards are an opportunity to showcase the best of West Wales health and social care, and to inspire others to continue providing high-quality care to the community.
