📣 Councillor Surgeries This Week

I’ll be holding two surgeries this week for residents of Breadsall Hilltop, Derwent Heights and Chaddesden North.

If you need help or advice with local council matters or Derby Homes issues, you’re very welcome to drop in at either session. No appointment needed.

It was great to attend the Little Chester Allotments Open Day with Cllr Martin Rawson today. 🌱

A fantastic community event with plenty going on — from the plant sale and allotment walks to meeting local growers and volunteers who do such brilliant work keeping the site looking so good.

We also enjoyed sampling some of the excellent homemade cakes on offer! 🍰😊

Thank you to everyone involved in organising such a welcoming and enjoyable day for the community. Events like this really show the value of local allotments in bringing people together.

🌸🐣 Easter Fun in Chaddesden! 🐰🌼

It was fantastic to see so many families out enjoying the Easter Egg Hunt at Chaddesden Park!

Kathy and myself were delighted to help out and be part of such a lovely community event, supporting local families and spreading a bit of Easter joy. 🥚✨

A big thank you to Chaddesden Traders Association and Age UK Derby & Derbyshire for organising such a brilliant event – it was great to see the community come together! 👏

And of course, well done to all the amazing egg hunters who took part! 🐣
