MISBOURNE VALLEY NATURE RESERVE is Now Open.
Highlights from our Opening Day - Sat 20th June.
THANK YOU to ALL those who have helped, supported us, volunteered their time & donated to this project.

No dogs allowed as this a wildlife area.

Advice from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service
Deputy Chief Fire Officer Simon Tuffley said:

"A Red Extreme Heat Warning is rare and should be taken seriously. We're asking everyone to make safe choices over the coming days, as small actions can have serious consequences in these conditions, but many incidents are entirely preventable if we all play our part.

Our crews will be ready to respond, but we'd much rather everyone enjoy the warm weather safely. By following the advice and looking out for one another, we can help keep ourselves, our communities and our emergency responders safe – making a difference together."

With record high temperatures expected this week 'Please read information below and click link for further advice & information from Buckinghamshire Council

REMINDER: Due to rising temperatures over the next few days (expected to exceed 30 degrees at the beginning of next week) on Monday, 22 June & Tuesday, 23 June, our waste and recycling crews will be starting their rounds earlier. Please place bins out for collection before 6am.

It is always a pleasure to welcome Prof Cllr Diane Mynors to Chalfont St Peter Community Library. Parish Councillors are at the library from 10am-12pm, every third Saturday of the month, to meet with local residents to answer questions.

Notice of Road Closure!

We have received notice from Buckinghamshire Highways that Glebe Road in Chalfont St Peter, will be closed from 27th July - 7th August for resurfacing works.
A diversion will be in place during this period.

EXCITING TIMES with the Chalfont St Peter Parish Council - From the 'frenetic atmosphere' of our brand new Skatepark opening yesterday 🛹🚴‍♂️🛼👩‍🦽🎉🥳

Can we take you on a short walk from there & follow the River Misbourne towards an area of Peace & Tranquility...... Join us Saturday 20th June from 11am for the Official Opening of the Misbourne Valley Nature Reserve.

Step quietly and you will be amazed by what you find.
