Counting down to the Mile...

Warm yourself up for the mile on Friday with a 125ft climb up the great historic keep of Rochester Castle!

As part of the Medway Mile celebrations, the castle is once again offering all registered participants (t-shirts must be worn as proof of registration) a free opportunity to visit the Castle Keep between 5.15pm and 7pm (last admission 6.30pm), free of charge.

If you're too busy enjoying all of the other activities on the night, fear not. You can return in your 2018 Medway Mile t-shirt any time until Sunday, 29 July and enjoy free entry.

All children (u16) must be accompanied by an adult. Tours take 35-45 minutes.

Fill in our survey! Your opinions could help shape oral health services in your area!

The survey should only take you 5 minutes yet could make a huge difference to your local service. By completing the survey, you could also opt to enter the prize draw to win an electric toothbrush bundle.

Please complete our survey by following https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/MedwaySmiles/

This year the survey focus's on adults (aged 16+) and aims to provide information about the oral health status of adults and their use of treatment services at a local level. The information arising from them allows local authorities to tailor programmes for groups where oral health is poor and NHS England area teams to plan dental services to meet the needs of the population.
