Ex military HGV Mechanics / Fitters required in Stockport. Due to business growth, this is an outstanding opportunity to join part of a global business operating in the defence industry, building and supplying the Boxer Infantry Vehicle to the British Army.

Working within a team of technicians responsible for the assembly process of the Boxer, working in line with the company’s procedures to specific Health and Safety guidelines. The role is currently a day shift, however, production demand may require the flexibility of the post holder to work alternative shift patterns.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Fall Protection Engineer to join our team in a hands-on, site-based role installing, inspecting, and maintaining systems across commercial and industrial sites.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have proven, hands-on experience in fall protection or height safety systems and be able to work independently from day one.
We are happy to consider candidates from adjacent industries, such as roofing, scaffolding and telecoms.
