This International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, we recognise the importance of standing up against discrimination in all its forms.
For many people facing homelessness, being part of the LGBTQIA+ community can increase vulnerability, isolation, and barriers to accessing safe support.
Awareness means more than recognition, it means taking action to create services and communities where people are met with understanding, respect, and fairness.
At AMAT, we believe everyone should have access to support without fear of judgement.
