Come and put your feet up, relax back and trust the water to comfort you! Whilst the world around you floats away! Classes next Tuesday 18th, then break for pool maintenance, 1st September then myself having a break away back the 15th September for weekly classes right up to Christmas - there I said the Christmas word.

One of our lovely class members came along for a trial session and decided to join us. She said she loved how naturally the conversations flowed from our chats in the pool. 💕

Last week was full of nerves and excitement as a few of our ladies reached 38 weeks, bringing them so close to meeting their little ones! 🥰

And on a more personal note, my funny story of the week was splitting my costume getting into the pool from poolside — which definitely released the oxytocin greatly 😂🫪😂. Please email [email protected] for a £10 trail space and come and see what it’s all about

One of my pregnant customers recently told me that being in the pool was the one thing that helped the swelling in her legs go down. 💙

Hearing stories like this is exactly why I love teaching pregnancy swimming. The buoyancy of the water helps you feel lighter, takes the pressure off your joints, and many mums-to-be find it such a welcome relief from the aches and discomforts of pregnancy.

Ladies I have loved my family break away, whilst the pool is having its maintenance. As you can see even my break included seeing lots of water. But with a wind chill of -2 did not fancy a dip in the coastal sea of the NC500.
If you ever fancy this trip it’s worth doing and planning. Book your campsites as they get busy really quickly. 1650 miles done!
