It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Croxtons Mill as Managed Offices, effective 15th March 2025. As a family-owned and operated business since 1991, this decision comes after careful consideration and in light of recent health challenges faced by the Martin family in 2024.

For over three decades, Croxtons Mill has been more than just a workplace; it has been a cornerstone of our family’s legacy and a vibrant hub for our family business and local business community. While this chapter is coming to an end, our commitment to preserving the mill’s rich history and the beauty of its surroundings remains unwavering.

As we approach this transition, we want to assure you that the essence of Croxtons Mill will endure. The Martin family’s focus will shift to what matters most – our health and the continued care of this historic property.

To our valued tenants, partners, and friends who have been part of our journey since 2014: your support and presence have made Croxtons Mill a truly special place. We are immensely grateful for the memories, collaborations, and friendships forged within these walls.

As we look to the future, we invite you to stay connected with us. While our role as Managed Offices will conclude, we remain dedicated to honouring the mill’s heritage and exploring new ways to contribute to our community.

Hurrah! The best news…

The biggest thank you to everyone involved in getting this result - it’s taken a long time, a huge amount of work and local support but thankfully common sense prevailed.

The byway by Croxtons Mill has finally been closed! 🥳🙌🏼👏🏼

Offroad drivers in 4x4s had attempted to cross the river, raising concerns over safety and damage to the river ecosystem

Welcoming our very latest resident at Croxtons Mill. Over the last 5 years we’ve noticed a real change in wildlife at the Mill with fewer ducks and swans so we are so happy to welcome this beautiful bird to the waters.

The role of a swan in the ecosystem is vital as they play a significant part in maintaining a balanced environment. Swans are known to be graceful and elegant birds, but they also serve as key players in the preservation of wetlands and water bodies. These beautiful creatures help control the population of certain aquatic plants, and their foraging behaviour also helps in the circulation of nutrients in the water.
