• 26/00234/TCA DESCRIPTION OF DEVT. T1 Cedar tree, cut back the large low heavily weighted limb that hangs towards the house by about 5-6 metres back to upright growing branches to help keep the shape of the tree. T2 Pine, reduce the top by about 5 metres to limit the wind loading to a tall tree close to the house. T3 and T4 Lombardy Poplars, previously pollarded trees that now have rot pockets within the higher canopy that have started to shed the regrowth and trunks above them. Recently a large section fell out on to the road. Fungi visible from the ground. Reduce both trees to below the previous reduction point where viable timber is present, likely 1 -2 metres lower than before.
