Renewing your driver’s licence or filling in a DVLA form at your local Post Office is quick, easy and you’re always guaranteed service with a smile!

From March 2024 this will no longer be the case following a decision by the DVLA to move all services online.

What will this mean for people who rely on Post Offices because they struggle to get online, prefer to pay in cash or want to fill in important documents with a face-to-face service they can get from their local Post Office?

It’s a question discussed when looking at the impact this will have on customers who rely on postmasters for this important service.
