MUIR Living residents have been learning more about dementia so they can offer more support 🎗

They enjoyed a visit from Bury Council’s ‘Older People’s Staying Well Team’ and took part in ‘bingo scenarios’ to understand how to safeguard friends and family with dementia 🔢

They also raised money for Dementia UK with a cream tea, raffle and tombola 🧁🫖

Paths and alleyways are giving residents great access around their estate after being cleared for action.🚶

🤩A £40,000 revamp of communal spaces at a supported housing scheme is helping residents enjoy a fresh new feel.🤩

👷Members of the We’re Muir planned maintenance team have been busy installing new communal kitchens, carpets, flooring and a conservatory at Hornby Road in Blackpool.👍
