For babies approx 7 weeks to pre-crawling. Classes are fun, interactive and include gentle movements and stretches that aid baby’s development, coordination, digestion and sleep, alongside some gentle yoga for you to ease out tension.

🎄 Merry Christmas from all of the staff at Upton by Chester Pavilion

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year, whether you’ve hired our function room, attended our community events, played on our tennis courts, enjoyed bowls on the Bowling green, spent time on the playground, or simply stopped by for a chat over a brew. You’ve all helped make the Pavilion such a special place in Upton.

We wish you all a peaceful Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

We will be reopening on Monday 5th January and look forward to welcoming you back again soon

Next Wednesday, 17th December, join us at Upton Pavillion for some Christmassy carols, outdoors if the weather allows! 🎶 🎵

Wrap up warm, and come for a free hot chocolate and gingerbread from 6pm, ready to sing some carols from 6.15pm, and celebrate Christmas.
