A little message from us ❤️

We completely understand that not every experience will be perfect, and everyone is entitled to their opinion and feedback. We always welcome constructive comments as they help us improve and grow.

However, we would kindly ask people to remember that behind this business is a small team of real people who work incredibly hard every day to create a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families. Publicly attacking or insulting staff can be very upsetting and has a real impact on morale and mental wellbeing.

We always try our best to accommodate requests where possible while also following our policies around food, allergies, safety and party packages to ensure fairness and safety for everyone visiting us.

If anyone ever has concerns during their visit, we encourage you to speak to us directly so we have the opportunity to help and resolve things at the time.

Although I am not on site for the next few weeks due to receiving bad news & also recovering from an operation, I am available via FB messenger or via email & I will reply to you as soon as possible.
