We're joining with the Bodily Autonomy and Dignity Coalition and the Trans Liberation Group in calling for linked actions across the country on the 9th July to show that trans people won't accept the government's attempts to drive us out of public life.

Chesterfield's Labour MP Toby Perkins has refused to sign the Early Day Motion 240. Nearly 1 in 4 MPs have signed this motion after tens of thousands of people have written to their MPs to demand they register objection to the EHRC's discriminatory Code of Practice. Trans people will not go quietly, we won't accept inaction from our elected representatives. We hope that you'll join us - all of our friends and allies are welcome.

We’re now the North Derbyshire Left Network.

Following recent changes in Your Party, and after an open meeting of local members and supporters, we’ve taken the decision to continue as an independent, inclusive network bringing together socialists from across North Derbyshire. This space is open to all who want to stay active, share campaigns, and organise for socialism locally, regardless of party affiliation.

We’ll be using this page to highlight local struggles, events, and opportunities to get involved.
