Recently, we were visited by a National Lottery mystery shopper, and our staff member Karen served them completely unknowingly.

We're pleased to say that Karen passed the test by correctly following the rules and ensuring that the customer did not exceed the 10 scratchcard limit per person, per day. This limit is now law and has been introduced to help promote responsible gambling and reduce the risk of excessive play.

We're incredibly proud of Karen for staying professional, following procedures, and helping us maintain the highest standards of responsible retailing.

For just £5, you can pick up a selection of food items to help stretch your weekly budget. With the rising cost of living, this is a great opportunity to support local households.
