Unfortunately this morning someone hasn't secured the lid of our little library, which has blown off in the wind and been destroyed by passing cars.

Fortunately we caught it before the rain and have been able to rescue the books but it'll have to wait till pay day to get a replacement box so please bear with us till then.

Thanks to a kind donation, this absolute belter is among the titles just added into the library. This one's in our top 5...

NG9s newest, if not prettiest, little free library is open for business!

Find me on Field Lane, between Caldeck Court and Kirkbride Court, opposite the back of Chetwynd.

There's something for everyone, from cook books to fiction to children's, and even some fabulous books to choose from.

I have to save up for some stones to cover the matting which will make me look prettier, and if I'm successful I'll do a big save to get one of those lovely proper little library boxes for us all.

Here's hoping you enjoy this new community resource 😁.

The initial stock of the little library is in! Hopefully there's a bit of something for everyone. Going to be asking friends and family if they would be able to donate a book or two. There are a lot of children pass by the library's location and it would be marvellous to have some content they might be interested in

We're just getting ready to launch! This is a little library on the cheap...if it's successful hopefully we can raise money to install a proper little library box, but to start we're going with a box on a table.

Hoping to prepare the ground over the weekend, and 🤞by next week our newest little library will be live!
